Therapeutic Massage

I will create a customized session to best fit your needs. I think all massage types are therapeutic in their own way. Massage can address different needs through a variety of techniques. I like to work on areas of concern and surrounding tissue to facilitate change.

All table sessions include a heat pack, aromatherapy, hot towels, and a muscle balm choice.

Massage Types

Table Thai combo

This session starts with a table Thai massage. The clothing-on massage includes compressions and stretches. The session then moves to a custom massage session.

Therapeutic Massage

This work tends to be more relaxing light to firm pressure. Stress relief increases blood flow and reduces muscle tension in a non-painful way.

Thai

This modality is done while clothed on a mat. Thai work consists of compression, point work, and stretches. This can help with increased range of motion and realignment. Please wear comfortable movable pants.

Enhancements

Cupping

Silicone cups are placed on the skin to create suction. They are placed in stationary placements for short periods and glide across the skin to help decrease pain, increase blood flow, and release bound-up tissue.

Aromatherapy

Enhance your massage with these plant-based essential oils. I use Organic essential oils from Mountain Rose Herbs.

Heat Packs

Himalayan Salt Stones

Warm salt stones are used to help relax bound-up tissue. Deep relaxation, remineralization, and gentle exfoliation are just a few of the benefits.

Scalp massage with warming hair oil

Celluma Light Therapy

Light therapy is a gentle, warm treatment that utilizes blue, red, and near-infrared light. During your massage, a soft, bendable LED panel is placed over the area of discomfort for about 30 minutes.
