Veradrop Policies and FAQ
First-time clients
If you’ve had a recent surgery, injury, or medical condition, please reach out prior to your appointment so we can review any possible contraindications or session modifications.
Please note that any misconduct will result in the immediate termination of your session.
Late appointments
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your session may need to be shortened in order to stay on schedule. I will always do my best to provide the full session time when possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Last-minute appointment changes
Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment must be handled by contacting me directly.
Please text me at 503-890-2318.
Appointment changes are not permitted through the online scheduler within the 48-hour window.
Rescheduling within 48 hours may result in a $40 fee, applied at my discretion.
Same-day cancellations after 8:30 AM will result in a $40 fee.
No shows
If an appointment is missed without notice, a $65 no-show fee will be applied. An invoice will be sent and must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
New clients who are no-shows will be responsible for the $65 fee and will be required to prepay for their next session, which is non-refundable.
If missed appointments become a frequent occurrence, I will request a credit card on file, which could impact future scheduling availability.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash and credit cards, and I am also able to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
Tipping is appreciated but never expected. I’m always grateful for referrals, reviews, and making and showing up to your scheduled appointment.
Cash is always appreciated as it helps keep overall fees lower, but credit cards are always welcome.
Invoicing
If you would like to prepay for a massage for someone, I’m happy to send an invoice for payment. I do appreciate prepaid appointments to come in within 90 days.
For prepaid sessions, the same policies apply if a client no-shows or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice. Clients may book another session using any remaining balance; however, that session will require prepayment and will be non-refundable.
The no-show fee is $65.
Gift Cards:
I am no longer selling digital gift certificates. Previously purchased digital gift cards are still valid and must be redeemed with the 16-digit code.
Please note:
I cannot resend or troubleshoot gift cards during office visits.
Please reach out before your appointment with any gift card as things have changed going with a new system.
Minors
I do not provide massage therapy for children under the age of 14.
A parent or guardian must be present to complete a consent and release form.
Parents are welcome to remain in the room or wait nearby.
Sessions for minors are welcome to request a 45-minute session. I do not provide 90-minute sessions for minors
